The staff could have not be more helpful from the receptionist to the fabulous team in the restaurant every member of staff had a smile and nothing was to much trouble... we where very impressed, and enjoyed our visit and will defiantly go again.

Old building, carefully renovated. Room was small but more than adequate. Best bathroom in the UK. Seriously. We had dinner and stayed over night, but it would also be an excellent lunch break spot as food was excellent. Plan to return!

The mix of contemporary and old design elements. The breakfast was out of this world. The staff were attentive and friendly. It was a wonderful romantic break away, with a very central location by the River Lune.

Superb room (modern furniture in retro style, amazing views from window, very clean), great location for a car trip, very good food and drinks at their restaurant (tried both breakfast and dinner). Really surprised by finding this gem!
